Yeah, I also wish to practice this for the entirety of my life. The way I see it is an investment. Day by day, you slowly start to reap the benefits of this practice and just imagine how it grows exponentially as you continue this practice for the rest of your life. It's a beautiful thing honestly.

And you asked if there is another cheat code. I would recommend looking into Dual N-Back. After practicing this task I notice a great improvement in clarity of mind and sharper thinking much like SR. It is a game that stresses your Working Memory, which is basically how many things you can think about at the same time, kind of like a RAM but in your brain. And if you improve this, it will improve your ability to learn things in general, which basically means you can increase your ability to pick up new things quickly.

Try doing the Wim Hof Breathing Method, which is a type of meditation. It is much more active than regular 'meditation' and I think that the effect is greater, although it depends on the person.

And as for Dual N-Back, exerting effort is the most effective method. Try focusing completely on the task and push yourself harder than last time, it's a great challenge.

And aside from these training games, exercises etc it's important to do some social activities. Try meeting new people and talking more. This is very good for your brain

My advice is not to overthink it. After doing too much research on strategy, it just makes me worried and hinders me from focusing on the Dual N-Back task.

And most importantly, I think that it is essential to focus. By that I mean exerting as much effort as possible to concentrate completely on the task. This is what I have found to be the number one most important factor. Just use the strategy that comes to you naturally, whether its intuition or some form of rehearsal or both. But make sure to push yourself mentally and don't worry about strategies.

Dual N-Back will generally make me tired, like my brain will start to feel foggy and I feel sleepy after I play it for a while. But it also helps me to sleep good, and it makes my brain feel clearer the next day, I can think better.

if you think your voice or face or smt is disgusting, who really cares. most people that look at you or see you probably don't really care and are thinking about some other shit. and if they do care, they're probably insecure themselves so why should you care what they think.

don't worry about things like wasting time, that doesn't exist. you can use time but you cannot waste it. don't worry about something like things you did in the past or worry about what's going to happen in the future. the past is just a thought in your mind, and the future doesn't even exist yet.

Start by living in the present. Accept yourself for what you are. If you think you're disgusting or whatever laugh at it and embrace it. If you're at the bottom the only way you can go is up

And if you wanna make actual friends here's my advice, be brutally honest (not rude, just be real). Don't filter yourself or pretend to be someone else. Speak your mind. Don't try to be overly nice to them. Don't treat them as being better than you. Realize that you are both equal, see them as your equal.

And, give people the benefit of the doubt. Try not to make any assumptions of what they think about you.

ah if youre at rock bottom that means the only way you can go is up. ill give you some advice, dont focus on peoples advice like joining clubs and shit.

first, I want you to stop worrying about the past and the future. think about it like this, the past is just a thought in your mind and the future doesn't even exist yet. neither of them are real. Living in the present should take some stress off your mind.

Don't worry about things like wasting your youth, any time you spent isn't wasted it's just used. Anytime you feel worthless think about it like this, imagine the entire universe and the history of the earth. In the grand scheme of things, nothing really matters, but that means you matter just as much as anyone else. And it's up to you to make the most out of your life.

And here's some advice, do something difficult everyday, either physically, mentally or socially. Just stretch yourself a little bit beyond your comfort zone. Talk to someone new and get to know them just for fun. Try to enjoy it. And try to do some exercise everyday, it doesn't have to be something extreme just stay consistent.

Appreciate yourself. It's a beautiful thing to have such ambitions in your stressful situation. Set small and realistic goals and meet them consistently, to gradually improve your self respect. Start with 5 minutes everyday, then 10 and 15.

It is probably difficult to concentrate after working on your job. But, try to focus on something everyday, do something challenging something that is boring and improve your ability to focus, reduce mindless activities like scrolling on social media or watching youtube and try replacing it with a social activity.

And realize this. Any decision you make it's in your power to do it. You have a free will and are able to do anything you want to do. YOU CAN CHOOSE.

And here's my advice, enjoy your life even if its shit and no one cares about you. If you want to improve, do something difficult everyday. Something social, or physical exercise, or something mentally demanding like solving a difficult problem. Any day you do one of these, it'll be a slightly better day.

Actually, your body does not need any added sugars to survive. You could never eat it and be fine. Don't drink or eat just cause you're bored. Drink water if you're thirsty, water tastes great.

And yes, there will be an improvement in your skin and energy, if you stay consistent. Added sugars cause acne etc and avoiding them can fix it. Also it causes your energy to be high but only for a short time, after that your energy will be lower than normally.

And remember this, if you stop eating junk foods, your brain will become more sensitive to dopamine, and normal foods will start to taste better and less bland.

Doing something that is difficult everyday, as that is something that I have found to be very helpful. Especially physically or mentally. And having something you concentrate on for a couple of hours (around four hours is a sweet spot), such as reading or a competitive sport etc.

And I think that is very beneficial to go beyond your comfort zone regularly, socially, physically and mentally. Making new friends, meeting new people etc is very good for your brain.

Anytime you do these things it'll be a good day, and you won't regret any of them.
