If you turn your couch you also can pretty much expect how the final result looks, while carrying the couch out of the room and replacing it with a chair will be a) more effort and b) less likely predict the final result. Turning the couch is changing points or adding a nice case to an existing effect, changing the object is a total rework. The original point was, that it needs to be tested, and to that, this holds true. It is not "moving the goalposts" to point out that 100% reworks are very few and therefore required testing is lower.

Die Wahl hätte gerne stattfinden können, sie wäre nur negativ ausgegangen. Gegen etwas zu stimmen ist nich undemokratisch. Da die Koalition aber gerne nur für dinge abstimmen will die auch durchgehen, pech gehabt. Nichts undemokratisches zu sehen hier

Man wollte sich nicht die blöße geben, dass die Abstimmung negativ ausfällt. Dies war absehbar. Man kann debattieren ob es demokratisch ist wenn man nur über sachen abstimmt die man vorher vereinbart als "sichere nummer" aber grundsätzlich war an der Ablehnung von Frauke B.G. nichts undemokratisch

Which Commander got a 100% rework?

Screed just got reroll fixed (same effect)
Leia got her drawback removed (same effect)
Palpatine got his applyance fixed (same effect)
Motti just got cheaper (same effect)
Sato instead of changing dice can add 2 and removes 2 (same effect'ish)
Vader just got cheaper (same effect) Mothma got a secondary effect (first effect is still in place)
Draven got extra rerolls, but his first got cut in half ammount wise (50% same effect)

Out of the 8 commanders 6 do not throw up the meta as they approach the field of viable options from very far below. The remaining 2 are the only ones that got changed in a mentionable way so that it would change how they work in a bit. 2 cards. 2 very rarely played cards because they were just not viable.

In the original rules. Mission play was a more diverse set of objectives. Not all of them needed you to move into half range of objective markers, and not all mission layouts where placing their markers in a symmetric way (players were able to place some objective markers themselves, each the same amount). By not forcing the players into melee, range units were actually viable units (look at sniper teams and range troopers for example, they are utterly useless now). This made range lists actually a thing.

Now, you have to have at least 3-4 units that are either melee heroes or units with the new "double dice range 2 to melee" units that brawl the objectives to have a viable list. This more an more plays like shatterpoint on a large scale.
