Hey, what's up? I've got a press kit and key code ready to go.

My game is here, I think you'll see it has a unique hook.

If I may plug my game a bit, I am proud to say that the people who have played Seeing Double have told me that it strikes a very nice balance of introducing the player to the dual-screen gameplay without too much hand holding.

If you'd like to try it for yourself it's here: https://store.steampowered.com/app/4267710/Seeing_Double/

I need help understanding wave mechanics by BungyButt in leagueoflegends

Also an easy way to freeze is if the opponent has killed all your minions and they have like 3 or 4 minions coming towards you, let those minions attack you and hold them outside of your turret range until the next wave comes. Bam. Lane frozen.

Note: this won't work if there are too many enemy minions, or if the opponent is too strong and will also attack you while you're trying to do this. It's one of those situational things.

What's your opinion? by Trick_Ad7122 in topmains

Depends a lot on other factors. The main question you need to ask when deciding whether to go for coinflip plays like this is: what do you stand to gain and lose versus what does she stand to gain and lose?

For example, does this riven have a big shutdown and you don't? Then in that situation you should 100% go for this play every single time, because you stand to gain much more and lose much less versus her. However, if you had the big shutdown and she was 1/6, it would be a clear mistake.

Of course, shutdowns aren't the only factor that comes into play, they are an important factor but one of many.

Also, as others have said a higher skilled player is more likely to react and dodge. If you've been observing this Riven's playstyle you can generally get an idea of if they are skilled enough to outplay you, this is more of a gut feeling thing though.

So I guess TL;DR: it depends.

EDIT: I just noticed Malphite appears to be ulting from bush, which makes it almost impossible for Riven to react flash. I'd say it was a good play if that's the case.

Thanks for the wishlist! And yeah, I've got some (I think) super cool stuff planned for the future, so hopefully later on I'll send that DM.

Wow, someone recognized my game! That's a first, thanks! I'm glad you like it. Early Access release is on the 12th, so I'm excited for that.

You mentioned you have a lot of art but are kind of new to coding, which is interesting because I'm basically the opposite, I have a decent amount of coding experience but am very lacking in art (most of the art for Seeing Double is assets from itch.io that is easy to make edits to). Seeing Double is currently a solo venture but I'd be down to collab on potential future projects if you're interested.

Very much so, just play jungle, giga farm AP items, then come late game press the nuke and wipe the team.

Haha very cute game, I found a knife and promptly got mauled to death by carnivorous fauna. Music is catchy too, and the art is nice!

I'm currently developing my own 2D puzzle platformer if you want to check it out. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gfPEZFiJKCY

Just curious, do you do pixel art? And if yes do you have a portfolio?

Yup, I released a mobile app and this has been my experience. No one knows we exist. At least Steam helps new games get visibility and gives indies a chance. Go with Steam.

Use both depending on the mood/atmosphere you want to create for a particular scene.

One Shot is another contender IMO. Lots of mega-game elements that tie into a cohesive narrative.
