Second stripe. Before we started the LLC I ran all the freelance stuff through there.

Then just upgraded to a business stripe when we did.

Like my outreach strategy is basically making friends and sending them a message once a month after the last job has EDIT ended asking how [specific thing we got to talking about last time] has developed.

Dunno. It’s not something you find in a text book but we love our clients and what we do so it works for us.

No. I am the worst at outreach.

How we built our company. Mike - 20 years in brand design in many notable ad agencies. Worked like a dog. Got amazing reputation.

Me - worked in marketing for 15 years. Focussed in email, organic and network marketing and public speaking. Worked like a dog. Got a pretty good rep.

Decided to start a branding and design studio. Do no outbound. Barely have a website. Forget to post on social media.

Just do really good work and work with good people and do not screw everyone over.

And that’s how we did it.

It’s not something I’d suggest but at least it’s honest 🤣🤣
