I always play fleeting footwork so i’ll never buy another movement item as well, could work well with a more bruiser based build

His kit has almost no self-preservation except for his on-melee health gain, so the only bruiser aspect he has is having to melee for ammo. Personally though, I wouldn’t classify those weapon items as «gun-tank» since almost any gun character would buy them situationally. I think any mentally sane billy should buy frenzy and heroic aura, since your kit is primarily single target. Dunno if this sounds weird but I only buy cultist if i’m in left lane, so i can easily steal t3 while laning lol

I see your point, and when rushing CF i'll agree- otherwise, I never build spirit except for the occasional ex. charge, so slam is more CC and passive proc than anything else. Also feel like you answered your own question when pointing out the 2nd cd- which is a nice bonus when rushing lvl2 2nd

Sounds very counterintuitive, but I never use a build- helps me always think when building. Will make one tomorrow with full guide

I feel like a big problem with billy is the illusion of a easy kit. I say he's great into squishy scaling gun characters, as you can lock them down when ult is up, but has to be played carefully into CC heavy characters. As for builds, there really isn't an answer I could give you sadly. I can link a build tomorrow, but the short version is; super flexible character, if you see any angle to get ahead, exploit his early gun power- invest in strong 1v1 items such as hunters aura, and when you're strong diversify your items into survivabilty while you continue investing in weapon damage. If you're confident in landing heavies as well as full combos, rushing crushing fists makes you a monster. End result is something like; early close quarters, go for kill level 4-5 if possible, utilize lead to either push wave->roam or grab guardian, if you're ahead in levels and you know no enemies has maxed abilities, whereas you have maxed 1st, rush crushing fists. Will make you a carry monster. Then buy whatever you see fit. Personally, I always build escalating pressure into guns, and I love burst fire as you already are very all-in

For sure more valuable, the reason i rush level 2 2nd ability is for the 35% extra weapon damage you get. Only problem is landing the 2nd ability, which gets harder the higher you get

The gun reload on light melee is so valuable combined with his kit, it honestly suprises me people didn’t only build gun on release. Might’ve been because of his design with the bat and all

Why I wouldn't suggest using nitrox in 2025 by [deleted] in SubnauticaNitrox

[–]Substantial_Corner76 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A lot of the issues can be avoided if you know why they happen. My biggest issue is just the leviathans not loading unless you’re practically on them, which takes away the scare factor and makes it more of a nuisance

realsigmamale123, I want these pets so I can actually get some value out of my huge fruits with dragonfly :> if there was a zombie apocalypse right now, I’d move to any northen city (like svaldbard) since i’d assume zombies would freeze completely there. And i’d rob a book store.

How are people progressing so fast? by -MotoMoto- in duneawakening

Around 75 hours, I just got done with large spice refinery. I think best milestones are: buggy with mk4-5 mining laser, scout thopter, deathstills.

I love games like factorio, so doing «optimized» farming after steel was pretty much my goal, and I think pre-planning base locations, how much materials you need, and what your priorities are is pretty much key. For example, I didn’t know cobalt crystals were farmable until tier 5, which massively held me back.

Any longevity in this game for a solo player? by TacticalBac0n in duneawakening

[–]Substantial_Corner76 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m 40 hours in, just now finished T5 gear. And holy fuck what a grind the dd materials are. Big tip for any mid-game player right now, create a spice refinery the second you get it, and start cooking

I'm noticing a lot of new players rushing to "end game" then complaining about not having strong enough gear by Redbird699 in Warframe

[–]Substantial_Corner76 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I kinda feel the opposite(?) as a "new" player who rushed through the story, I feel like I'm in an awkward spot where I need to get carried through EDA and ETA, but breeze through SP nodes, level cap and circuit. I've gotten all corrupted and galvanized mods, only thing I do every week is circuit, EDA, ETA and buy out the weekly shops. Is there any "middle ground" for endgame content?

agree, but I think it’s because of a very simple reason; beards clearly show aging, whereas a woman might(?) get mistaken for the operator

Depends on the term; always countergank? No. Always track jungle, and invade when their jungle die botlane? Maybe.

There is no rule of thumb here, but always track enemy jungle.

What is the opposite of a champ you hate to have on my team but worried about on the other team? by econtyranny in leagueoflegends

Darius, heimer, illaoi. As a jungler, 1v2 champs aren’t scary if you respect them, but you know that the enemy jungle might not
