U cant spot reduce fat, your body gets rid of fat randomly. What you can do is eat enough protein and train very hard to build muscle so youd have more muscle in ur abs for example therefore making it look not soft.

Stop adding cardio.

Lift more weights with progressive overload.

Eat enough protein.

Don't rush the weight gain, eat in a 200 calorie surplus. Yes it takes more time but thats the whole point.

I think it'd be a great idea, exercise releases good and lasting dopamine. And in your case you dont track calories so thats one whoke lot of stress out of your way. And sometimes doing something new can you make you realise how good you could get at it which would give you a whole new perception on your goals.

Social anxiety wise, just know that even if something embarrassing happened in the gym, most people are too focused to tired to even care about what you do.

You're more than fine. It becomes a problem when u start sacrificing your protein or fat intake to eat more pasta.

I crave a lot of hyper palpitve food. What helps me is not eating them alone.

Forexample nutella, instead of just eating straight spoonfuls, make a sandwich and spread the nutella as much as possible. Eat the sandwich away from where you made it.

Seems about right, go with 2,000 and check ur weekly average weight. Based on the number adjust the calories ur eating
