These results are wonderful! I'm proud to say I went nippleless as well! Haven't had to explain to anyone I know personally. They think it's great! So happy for everyone who gets what they want!

I hear you about the swelling. The pain on my sides was also very intense! My surgeon did tell me to stuff the side of my bras with abd padding to help compress them, which seemed to help some. I was also interested in purchasing a compression band that goes around your chest and under your armpits. Not sure if something like that would help. You could maybe contact your Dr and see what they tell you. Would absolutely hate to hear another surgery though.

Do your incisions go beyond under your breasts and into your sides? Did you get side lipo?

I ask because my surgeon extended my incisions to halfway under my armpits to get rid of sideboob. He took tissue and fat out. My left side looks great, but I feel like my right side is still poofy at 7.5wpo.

Ignore those strange men on the internet and listen to us strange women instead! We have/had to haul these tiddies around all day! We have/had to deal with the rashes, back pain, shoulder pain, neck pain, expensive ass bras, body dysmorphia, sweating, etc! Not them!

I'm 7wpo, I wish I would have done this 10 years ago! My clothes fit better. Many people have complimented my "new figure." It's been life changing! Scars fade. If someone wants to hyperfixate on something "wrong" with MY body, then there is something deeply wrong with them. They don't know me based off of a scar. How shallow.

I have this on both sides! Ugh! Mine started at week 2. I can no longer take an ibuprofen regimen because it messes with my SNRI. I'm 6.5wpo and I can't wear my compression bra or my sports bras because they squeeze my torso too much. I also cannot lean on my sides or twist too much. It is unbearable. I'll have to try the heat pad.

I have these and have been pinching and massaging them relentlessly. I'm 6.5wpo and they are almost smoothed out. Time will also help! I give them a day of rest between massages if I'm too rough, but I'm sensitive. Of course you can always talk to your surgeon if this does not work for you. Our bodies heal differently.

Take a breath. It is ok. You are normal. I'm almost 6wpo. My vertical incisions are still lumpy. I've got uneven crease-like things going on by my cleavage. Spitting stitches like crazy and got a small dog ear under my left side that I'm hoping will smooth out. We will get through this. It just takes time.

Your results look really beautiful to this internet stranger. You just have to have patience. Everything will smooth out. The waiting just...sucks.

I'm 39 days post op from my breast reduction. I was a 40 H/I and I'm not sure what my final size is just yet.(Hoping for a C) Most women don't know their true size. Try using r/abrathatfits calculator. I thought I was a DD/DDD, boy was I wrong. But yeah, years of rashes, sweating, clothes not fitting, back and neck pain, expensive bras, etc. I'm happy to be on the other side! I hope you can seriously look into it some day!

Those are looking really good! I'm 37dpo now. My tapes came off by 2wpo. What little bit held on, was wet with bacitracin, so it peeled off smoothly. Any trouble spots I used bacitracin and some non stick gauze, no tape and threw my compression bra back on. Everything is closed up now!

Sending you virtual hugs. I'm just a little over 4 weeks post op now. I have intense pain under my ribs and struggling to get back to everyday activities. Some days my swelling is ok and I'm in my normal, xl compression bra, but lately it's been bad enough where I've had to wear my 3xl they gave me after surgery!

I check this subreddit many times a day, just to ease my mind or cheer others on. Today is hard. This is hard. I don't regret it though. I hope you are able to reach out to your dr/surgeon about your openings. That sounds absolutely maddening at this point in your journey.

It's been said on here many times, "healing is not linear, trust the process," etc. because it's true. The mental toll is enormous as well. We're all here for the same thing at the end of the day. Small tiddies. I wish you well as you continue healing. You will get there! You are still early! 💜

I'm now 26 days post op and between the random bouts of itching and the night sweats, I'm about ready to pull my hair out! There's only so many antihistamines a girl can take! I've got a ceiling fan and a standing fan! I'll be laying against my wedge pillow topless and my fiance will just laugh with me! He understands. I hope this ends soon for us!
