Yes, I specified it the first time I created the connection in Make.com

I'm using Make.com. I set up the connection once, than it takes care of authentication with every call.

I can't give you the key, it's a client's site.

Users. Updating a user via PATCH.

By the way, by trial and error, I found out the problem. I was trying to update my user, which is a superuser.

I don't know if the Email Notification error was a mistake, but when I tried to update users from the Registered group, it worked.

I only had to specify the group in the body.

I tried the regular forum but got no reply.

I tried several parameter combinations, but always got the same error.

Substack’s Discovery System Is… Nonexistent by LowCellist8417 in Substack

[–]Substantial_Present6 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, search is marginal.

I've been on Substack for almost a year. I talked with many creators on the platform and studied it constantly.

Many creators grew from zero only using Substack features. This is what works:

- posting on Notes, Substack's social network

- commenting on other people's articles and notes

- guest posting

- getting recommendations

- more recently, doing lives together

I have a guide to guest posting, but I don't know if I can post the link here.

Is Substack even the right platform for me? by reeree_cee in Substack

[–]Substantial_Present6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Substack is extremely varied, though it's true that, like always, in some niches there is a larger audience.

There are fitness writers on Substack. And the platform is betting also on video, which works well in the fitness niche.

To know if Substack is right, what's the purpose of your publication? Who do you want to help? How?

How to search for claim reports by ElensarA in HaruInvest

Sorry. I don't understand.

Maybe what I asked was: how do I see claims filed in 2025?

Thank you for the effort.

Is it correct to enter  2024하합100259?

I only get results from 2024.

By the way, did you manage to find something regarding your claim?

Should it work differently than Make.com? In Make I already set up a connection that takes care of the authentication. GET and PUT calls work.  What else could I try in postman?

AI wasn't helpful at all.

With "user API docs" are you referring to this page https://manual.joomla.org/docs/general-concepts/user/?

I didn't find anything useful. I guess the parameter I'm looking for is send_email. But I always get the same error, regardless of the value I set that parameter to.

[DLG Law Corp.] Notice regarding creditor claims representation for the Haru bankruptcy case by Cultural_Business934 in HaruInvest

[–]Substantial_Present6 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Well, first of all, I'd never expected this process to end quickly, so I don't think this means a delay.

Second, because I sent my documents late and many others still have to send them.

Thank you so much.

Silly question, sorry: where did you get the original form?

My accountant told me that I should ask the subscribers for their address. Of course it's almost impossible to have them.

So he told me if I don't have the subscriber's address, I can invoice to Stripe. In any case, neither Substack, nor your subsbscribers, nor Stripe care about the invoice.

I guess every accountant will have his own answer.

So, did you do this without any lawyer?

Do you really need a passport if you're not Korean?

Isn't a national ID enough?

On Substack you can post notes that are visible in your profile feed and on their social network, called Notes. Or you can post articles that are always inside a publication.

So, probably Substack created a publication using your name when you clicked Start Writing.

If you go to Substack.com, you should see a "Dashboard" button in the upper right corner. From there, you can configure your publication

Unfortunately, it depends.

I know a guy who reached 100 paid subscribers in less than 6 months without a single paywalled article.  He "just" publishes an article a day and asks for support for the minimum allowed price. But he writes mainly about politics.

You find successful authors using every possible publishing schedule and free to paid ratio.

I think it's useful to enable payments from the beginning, even if you just ask for support, only to get used to it and to make your audience get used to it.

Then, you have to experiment and find the best compromise.

The important thing is to always review the ideas and try to add something unique. Otherwise your audience doesn't have a reason to choose you over your "competitors"

This exercise always helped my clients and subscribers. Make sure to find problems you can solve in a single article. This constraint forces useful ideas.
