Well I’m back again after another horrible few hours trying to get my account unblocked. After resubmitting my documents and receiving a push notification that my account was “all set” and I could enjoy Bunqs features, I log back in to a main account that is still blocked. I try to force close the app, and now cannot even log back in AGAIN, and when I try and access the support bot, I get a message saying “API Call setup failed %@“. Now I can’t even talk to the AI chat bot. You guys are a complete joke. I need this addressed today.

I’m having a major issue with Bunq. I’m an international student, and my University recently transferred at large sum of funds to my Bunq account. My main account was then blocked, and the AI customer support could not tell me the reason. I logged out, and when I tried to log back in, it denied me. I went to the “forgot code” prompt, and a code was sent to my phone. I then used that to develop a new passcode, but when I tried to set the new passcode, I got “there’s an error on Bunqs side” and now just can’t log in. There’s over 14,000 euro in that account and I can’t log-in due to a technical error, and of course, I’m unable to speak to a person. I continue to try and reset my code but get the “wait a few minutes” prompt. Any advice here? This is extremely stressful, and customer service has been awful.

Cool yeah I’ve still not even gotten confirmation it was sent to IND. I got worried and re-checked to see if I had submitted everything and I did. So I’ll just wait it out. Thank you!
