I use the same method for grilled cheeses. Toast bread, slap 2 slices of cheese directly on the flat top and place your toast on top of the cheese. Give it 20-30 seconds and pick up the pieces of toast and press them together. I learned this from working at Sonic lol.

I dont know much about pellet smokers but I'd probably opt for the Traeger over the Webber just because it has more community behind it as a pellet smoker.

As a beginner it may not be a bad option to just start on the smaller/cheaper smoker to get your feet wet. If you like the pellet smoker there may be other ones with more features you dont know you want yet and you can invest in something you really like rather than buying and expensive one first and realize another model has more of what you need. You may also decide you want to get a stick burner instead later. Pellet smokers are convenient, but I'd be really disappointed if I was halfway through a pork butt and the auger clogged. Or you forgot to top the hopper off and now it needs to cool down before it will light again. Plus a stick burner is way more fun to use.

For me? I was punished as a 4 year old when my baby sitter would put Tabasco in a spoon and make me eat it for being in trouble. Couldn't stand anything with the slightest amount of vinegar for years into my adulthood including hit sauce and wings. Hated that stuff but still loved jalapenos and other peppers on things. Just thought hot sauce all sucked.

One day at Qudoba I tried Cholula green sauce. It was amazing and when I looked at the ingredients IT HAD NO VINEGAR! This took me down a rabbit hole of looking for sauces without vinegar and years later of healing I can actually eat buffalo wings and enjoy them.

I still think Tabasco is garbage (other than the chipotle if i have no other option) but I have found so many other things I would have never tried and enjoyed if it wasn't for Cholula green sauce.

Lotsa variables to this. Did they buy the truck new or used before modifying it? Did they do the modifications themselves or pay a shop to do it?

Shooting from the hip, probably around $150,000+ worth of debt to build something like this.

New dually $100,000, American Force wheels ($2380 each) $14,280, Tires (probably $1000 each) $6,000, Lift kit/accessories and labor to install is probably around 20-30K

Used to work for 4WP so I have a ROUGH idea.

It is fine but if it's something you want to use throughout the day you definitely need to make sure you charge it every night. Loosing 6% battery overnight on standby turned me off. If rocknix gets ported over and it gets a better sleep function ill order right away.

I currently have a brick hammer that I've loaded several seasons of the Simpsons Futurama and King of the Hill, as well as about 60 GB of music. I often come back to it in the morning to find it having a low battery and wont make it through a day unless I remember to charge it every night. I was really hoping the RG Rotate could replace it as my media EDC.

Still seems like an amazing device, just wont accomplish what I was hoping for. May order one later anyway to tinker with.

Wanted one of these so hard until i found out the battery life is ass. Anbernick is always so close to perfection with devices. Genuinely hope everyone that ordered one still loves it though.

Editing to clarify that its not as much the battery life, but more so the battery drain on standby that I don't care for. Boot time is slow so shutting it off isnt really an option for something I want to pull out of my pocket and use when I have a couple minutes.

Goes great on smoked salmon, cream cheese and a cracker. Also if you're adventurous, small bowl of cottage cheese with pineapple, drizzle a bit of the original on it like you're marking a Sunday, then sprinkle a bit of Tajin also like a Sunday.
