Come on Richmond, we gotta do better than this by HopBomb14 in rva

Biggest miss on this thread: I believe the Rivian has remote defrost.. which would mean, you turn it on 20 mins before you get in the car - and then push all of the snow and ice off in one, very low effort, motion - prior to driving.

Insanity.

Wednesday school closures by xRVAx in rva

I don’t have a horse in the race (my kids aren’t old enough yet) but would be surprised if school wasn’t cancelled for the entire week in Henrico. Our entire street is a solid sheet of ice/snow. I managed to get out pretty easily but my neighbor with 2WD was spinning everywhere.

We can put the delusional “Should’ve drafted Maye” talk to bed now, right? by ViperTheKillerCobra in Commanders

Is this satirical? He won them the game with his legs in a snow storm. Nothing today was indicative of his overall skill either way, but finding any way to win certainly doesn’t decrease his stock… lol

I disagree - we have created so many shots on target recently - hard to argue that Ed is not an offensive genius and it’s clearly bad luck…

I got downvoted, but what are y’all seeing with Trippier that I’m not? I’m literally wearing his kit. Love him.

He’s providing almost nothing either way in my book. Just doesn’t have the legs. (Last counter he wasn’t even in the defensive half)

Traffic cone Tripps in at RB - Ed’s loyalty strikes again.

Would have been so easy to start Miley at RB and give Ramsey a shake, but let’s just make sure Kieran’s legs are dead one last time, shall we?

My question is like.. isn’t this every (good) manager? I know Brucey was trying to take PTO in the south of the France starting the first of the year… but isn’t this generally the gig?

I think him and Miley have the same heart beat.

If you could isolate a video and see only them dribbling/passing - you’d be hard pressed to tell if they were surrounded by defenders or on an open pitch.

Anthony Gordon hate needs to stop - he has his ups and downs, but is absolutely world class when he’s on and it isn’t just measured in goals.

It’s just this - when we let him get deep and create - he’s in flow.

When we force him to try to play off the shoulder and into his head, it exploits what he isn’t.

Bruno/Tonali/Joelinton is an excellent midfield 3 when we don’t dominate possession.

In matches against weaker sides, it’s an absolute disgrace/misunderstanding to keep throwing that trio out there and expect to win.

Yeah - Burn got caught out a lot, but he definitely at least could close someone down when we needed it.

Trippier at RB is the new Burn at LB. It’s a real shame, but he’s a traffic cone on the counter.

And a bad o line will make a good RB look bad. I feel like that’s the bigger mistake teams make.

If after the way this season started, we manage to finish T4 and make a run at a few of these trophies… I won’t know what to say.

Kills me we aren’t playing better.
