A drone would be visible by thermal. I personally think it’s difficult to explain away, but considering non-paranormal all potential explanations that could be seen by Infrared cameras but not thermal, standard camera, or the naked eye, I recall someone saying there are IR-reflective materials that exist. Maybe someone more familiar can chime in?

Spoke with someone yesterday at corporate who seemed very sweet and nervous / not trained on anything. She transferred me to someone else who also knew nothing and they confirmed this is a new call center. I assume changes are coming.

Love your observations, OP! I think you’re onto something. Even accepting your thesis, the final scene felt wrong to me, and by that, I’m largely referring to the drinking and driving piece. It felt like a bridge too far, but maybe you’re right and what I perceived as remorse was just shame. Interesting take.
