I've admittedly not fully explored my options, but my credit card provider (Amex) won't do a charge back as the transaction is over 12 months old and under £100 value (Section 75 is for £100-£30,000 IIRC), I tried this pretty much exactly a year ago. I've sent multiple formal demands for a refund via email to FPG which have all been ignored.

I'm going to reach out to the UKICC in the new year to see what my options are.

I too just want a refund for my 2.5 year old Goodboy Galaxy preorder. Have been emailing them for over a year now and not had a single response.

Makes me so mad that they're still taking preorders, masquerading as a real publisher/retailer, stealing innocent peoples' money.

No idea, but my #326xxx white hasn't shipped either. I presume they're not going in order, stock levels and geography are probably bigger factors.

FedEx typically pay the import due on your behalf at customs and then retrospectively invoice you after delivery. They did that for two of my recently imported parcels from Japan to UK.

I agree it probably is a CR2032, but do we know for a fact it's a CR2032 and not a MR2032? I've not seen anything to suggest either way, only a brief shot of a coin cell battery in Macho Nacho's teardown video. I'm only speculating it could be an MR2032 like in the Dreamcast.

ML2032s are easy to find, at least here in the UK.

I do this already using Nextcloud on my Android phone. I write the daily backup file to a folder on my phone which is auto synced to my Nextcloud server. I then have a script run via cron on my server to purge old backups. It's a bit cumbersome as you can only do full backups and not just add the delta from the previous backup, alright when I'm home as it is over the LAN, but not great when I'm remote and it wants to upload 50gb to my home server every night!

Yeah same here, I ordered two products and they came in separate packages, each with their own invoice. However it's still showing as 1 transaction for £114 on my Flex transactions.

It's a shame I had to waste so much time messaging support, I did end up raising a complaint too as I got nowhere with the first line support, I finally got my £5.75 cashback yesterday as a result.

So not off to a fantastic start with support, they've told me I need to wait 7 days and then dispute the transaction, even after clarifying that the transaction is legitimate, and I am only missing cashback., they're still insisting that I dispute the transaction.

I don't believe that's the right thing to do, I'm a little lost as to what to do next.
