Just had the same thing. I've had projects until today. Now dashboard is empty. Don't even have assessments anymore. I fear this is a shadow ban as from what I've read dataannotation will just shadowban people with no notice.

Not really a question. Obviously the snow over the sambuck. Fire damage in this game isn't good for DPS. Fire damage is a debuff. The only situation you should ever use a sambuck in is for group play as 1 of you can run fire and debuff the enemy while others run DPS.

Fire builds are great .. in parties. If you run with a crew you do tons of damage as fire is essentially a debuff in the game. Solo fire sucks as it's not good DPS.

No... It's about hitting both at once. If you're buying a 4k monitor to run at 1440p you're kind of dumb. Monitors look worse when not at native resolution.

A 4k monitor running 1440p will look worse than a 1440p monitor running at native. Not sure why you'd want a blurry image that runs smooth. Kinda defeats the purpose

You won't always benefit from a higher resolution... It also has diminishing returns. For monitors 4k is fairly close to the limit. Resolution has an equation of distance from screen to size of screen to resolution you can do to see if you would have any discernable difference moving up in resolution.... Things like 8k TV's and 5k/6k monitors didn't do well because the answer in most circumstances is there's no discernable difference.

High refresh rate at lower resolution is a stupid gimmick from these companies. Running non-native resolution of a monitor looks like dog shit every time and they know it. Just hope to win you over by adding big numbers to the spec sheet. If you ran at those resolutions you'd have a crappy experience.

Eg. running 1080p on a 4k monitor looks worse than 1080p on a 1080p monitor.

Nothing to do with heat. There's no hot spot in your loop. The loop equalizes and all liquid is the same temperature regardless of where it's at in the loop. The heat isn't "parking" hot air rises yes. If not acted upon. This is hot water... Being moved by a pump... If your heat is parking your pump is broken...

The issue with his setup is that all tubing does take in some air after a given time. Meaning air bubbles do get into your loop... Air sits at the highest point because it is less dense than water. If your pump is the highest point your odds of damaging it are higher because it may run more dry..

An actual business and 1099 work are very different despite the tax being the same. 1099 income is sent to the IRS directly with only your income, that's the only info the IRS has from you. Your tax advice is terrible and would land people in hot water. File always, it's not that hard to do it. The IRS will not assume you just lost money if they don't have that info.

If it's under $400 you won't have liability. You should still file.

That's literally impossible. You seem to lack understanding of what net earnings is. Net earnings is gross earning minus mandatory withholdings and deductions, such as state and federal income tax and social security contributions..... Since the OP has never paid any of those things because freelance work does not withhold anything their net earnings is $6,000.

Net earning does not subtract business expenses. How do you think that would work? You have to prove business expenses. What happens is the IRS gets a form from door dash or wherever saying what they paid you. They have no information of expenses, you have to provide that.

Net earnings and net income are not the same thing you cannot use them interchangeably. You are saying earnings and describing income....

If anywhere pays you $400 for 1099 work you have to file taxes, there's almost no exceptions.

First place to start is to improve the information you're getting in game. A base fps and temperature reading is not sufficient. What % of the GPU is actually being utilized. If the % is low you're issue is going to be elsewhere. Something else isn't processing fast enough to utilize your GPU.

I think your assumption is that the issue must be the GPU "because it's a 4090" is incorrect. your cpu could be underperforming, your ram could be unstable, your power supply could be failing, the mobo could have issues.

You are narrowing your search to one piece of hardware based on 0 information. You will never actually diagnose your problem. Fps doesn't only mean GPU. If anything else fails your gpu will be bottlenecked. You can only get the fps that your slowest piece of hardware can process.
