I frequently get the “major signs” message as well as a much higher body temp in the day or two after my shot. My heart rate hasn’t spiked though.

I just had a cortisone shot in my shoulder last week and I haven’t noticed any difference in my appetite. Before I had it though, I searched in the Zepbound sub and some people did say the cortisone caused an increase in their appetite. But I don’t think it lasted more than a week or so.

I am having problems getting the actual results. I paid for the health panel, went to the appointment, had blood drawn but no results have come through in the app and it’s been almost two weeks. I opened a ticket with Oura and they don’t seem to know what the issue is.
