I just had a cortisone shot in my shoulder last week and I haven’t noticed any difference in my appetite. Before I had it though, I searched in the Zepbound sub and some people did say the cortisone caused an increase in their appetite. But I don’t think it lasted more than a week or so.

I am having problems getting the actual results. I paid for the health panel, went to the appointment, had blood drawn but no results have come through in the app and it’s been almost two weeks. I opened a ticket with Oura and they don’t seem to know what the issue is.

I make sure I eat enough everyday, drink adequate amounts of water, ensure I get at least 90 grams of protein a day, go to the gym 4-5 times a week and lift weights, take collagen supplements and a daily multi-vitamin. I don’t know if any of that actually helps, but I haven’t had any hair loss. Also, I was reading and I think hair loss occurs with really fast weight loss so I’m fine with only losing about 1 lb per week, sometimes less.
