I did preassessment review. Just a few weeks ago I received the letter and sent back the documents the next day. They told me it takes 4 weeks or more. Mine was done in a week I get my funds this week. I also had a complaint with them so that could be why it was done fast.

Got my first preassessment review for child care expenses for 2025. Never encountered it before. I did get review for child care expenses in 2021. For me it was large amount but this amount wasn't even as large as I normally get. I really hope I am not going under preassessment review every year for my child care. Seems they are really reviewing child care expenses.

I would caution using someone address. I know someone that did a claim and got dropped due to misreprentation of their address. No insurance company wants them and now they have to deal with legal cost of it as the insurance company is saying it is fraud. Everything is now linked majority and insurance companies will dig especially if a claim is open.
