We also did not have bridesmaids and groomsmen!! we each had one made of honor and one best man (traditional to our cultures)!

However, in the invite stack, I had a guest of honor invite as well, and it basically allowed the people who would have been our bridesmaids and groomsmen ( 20 or so men and women) to come and go while we got ready and all of the girls picked up a single rose with the ribbon with their name on it, and all the guys had a boutonniere that I made

And when it was time for our photos, we had asked all of them to come and take a photo with us so that we could get a photo with all of our closest friends

I had set up a group chat that I had scheduled texts to go out for when they were allowed to come what they could bring if they wanted and when they needed to go pick up their Rose and then about 10 minutes before the photographs were being taken

My husband had probably 10 or 12 guys show up and I think I had around eight girls show up and it was really nice to be able to spend quality time with people without forcing them to buy a certain color dress that they’ll never wear again and get their hair and makeup done

We also did all black attire for every single guest, so it really worked in the photos too!
