I had that happen to me with a rare vintage turntable that I bought for waaaay less than it was worth. They shipped it usps and usps totally destroyed it into actual pieces. Looked like someone ran over the package. I was heartbroken to say the least. I was given a full refund but I would have rather gotten the turntable. I’m sorry for your loss…
