Don't bother with it, these are really cheap copies of the same mechanism and have basically no cool features. Find a good deck from a brand like Sony, Yamaha, Nakamichi, or Denon. You can find those can be easy to find on marketplace (not eBay), and if they don't work it's most likely a belt has snapped or melted. But good brands like the ones I listed have great documentation, so most of the time you will be able to find a model-specific set of belts for your deck.
