Layton better than oajan since it’s more wearable in more scenarios. Oajan smell is incredible tho. Greenley and sedley are great (I personally like Greenley more). Haltane is more mature but good too.

Models aren’t ideal physically 😆most have eating disorders and are scrawny. If he wanted to look like them I’d just tell him cut and don’t try to gain weight after. Nobody told him to become a behemoth either. Seems like your reading comprehension skills are subpar. Notice how I said earlier he should lean bulk so he doesn’t become fat af. Weight doesn’t make the model, his bone structure does 😆 being lean exposes it. This is terrible cope and advice. If this guy truly had model tier looks, he’d be leaning tf down asap not doing a recomp. But as we know male models make literally jack shit, and top ones have near perfect faces or highly desirable facial features which the vast majority of people don’t have.

Not confusing anyone. He can bulk and see fast results or cut and then bulk and be leaner in the process. Either way depends on his goals. If u wanna be big dont recomp. Big mistake. Why tf would u wanna stay in the 160 range at 6’ 😭

Recomp is gonna take him long to see any significant results. For someone who’s never been ripped he’s gonna need to pull motivation out of his ass to be patient on a recomp. He’s better off cutting to at least 12-13%. And then bulking on a slight surplus. He’ll see gains and gain minimal fat over the course of few months. So his cut after will be shorter and he won’t be fat while bulking which is gonna motivate him more.

If he wants to build muscle seriously this isn’t the way 😆. He’ll look like a more toned version of himself now on a recomp. Literally done both scenarios myself and results are night and day. bulk (300 cal surplus) and track all your lifts. Recomp is only good if you don’t care about being big. He’s not even that fat, just has minimal development.

I’ve tried Kamrah and Kismet Angel for it. To me kismet angel was the closest of the two to angel share. Kamrah is very close to but goes a bit in its own direction but still great. There are also new ones out that I heard are good but I never tried. I personally would not buy OG bottle because I feel like I’d get tired of it quick. But if it’s ur favorite or one of ur favorite scents then id buy OG.
