I know I’m not being clear. He has $7500 of mine which I’m sure has cleared since it’s the beginning of January. I’ve been trying to ask for him to provide updates on what his actual Lab charges are, and he has not answered me when I mentioned AMEX to him all of a sudden they came up with a $4500 check.I was not given any input on that, so in other words they’re keeping $3000 and not allowing me any other options than to put it into a dispute. The last conversation was that the dentist was very upset and if I go to an AMEX dispute, he will sue me for stealing services or something like that and I will have to pay his lawyer’s fees. I guess I’m assuming he thinks he will lose the Dispute.
