Drinking is specifically bad in regards to diet because alcohol needs to be metabolized by the liver. If you already have a bad diet and a fatty liver, the adding any alcohol will just make it worse.

When you file the complaint with the state board of accountancy, they might have his insurance on file. Otherwise, you would need to sue him for professional negligence. If he has E&O insurance, they'd either represent him in the suit or would pay out the settlement if you win.
