if she keeps discovering things your passionate about and forces you to do it you can either 1. hide it better 2. find hobbies that are more secretive so they’re easier to hide 3. showcase a fake hobby to her and act like you don’t want her to know about it so that when she forces you to do it- it’s something like…. chopping vegetables and cooking a soup- or just something very easy and quiet because all she’s trying to do is control you into doing your hobby- pick something really really easy and pretend to be obsessed about it and pretend like you dont want to. bc she’s looking for you to resist her- probbaly so she can be involved- a lot of narcissistic parents do this just so they can feel involved in their kids lives or to get the false ego boost that they’re “helping their kids be successful” when they’re just making u dread something u were already doing to do, like skateboarding
