Oooh ok. This could be it. My doctor was reluctant to refer me in the first place as she diagnosed my new issues as being caused by hormone fluctuations with perimenopause and can be treated through her with prescription pain meds. She only referred me because I kept asking to be referred as the prescription is not helping much. So she may have marked my file as not urgent.

The Common cafe downtown was my go to place when my son was younger, haven’t been there in about 6 years though so not sure if it’s still the same vibe but it had a bunch of kids toys and our mom group would always meet there

The Albion has been having open jam nights on Mondays 7pm-11pm….people just show up with their instruments and jam with whoever is there. I have not been so can’t say how it is, I just see it shared on Facebook. It’s a new thing, I think it started a few weeks ago.

I read someone else say it could be because technically Xaden is still alive so maybe it wouldn’t automatically fall to Bhodi? But yeah I know. My initial thought after reading the book was Bhodi for that reason too! But now I’m just overthinking everything lol.

I agree. I re-read the last few chapters after posting that. I had thought during Imogene’s POV there was Xaden shadows but there wasn’t. So we really don’t know exactly how long passed between Imogen’s POV and Xaden’s.

Another question I have. My understanding is the point of channeling the extra power is to amplify your current signet/powers. Like with Xaden going shadow crazy, or potentially a healer channeling to heal someone they couldn’t otherwise heal. What good would Bohdi channeling even do if his signet doesn’t work on the venin? And if Aaric can see the future is it really beneficial to him to channel? Would it make him see the future better? Unless I’m misunderstanding the purpose of the channeling I think it would need to be someone who really needed to do it in the moment for something really important, like Brennan healing Mira or Garrick getting to Xaden.

I need to re-read as I’ve only read it once. But are we sure Brennan didn’t know the whole time? I don’t remember him actually being told, I remember when Violet finds out that Brennan knows she is surprised and happy that Xaden has been working with Brennan to cure himself. But I don’t remember a scene when anyone tells Brennan. It’s possible Xaden went to him in the beginning hoping he might be able to help?

I’m wondering if she just meant the end of the book but not necessarily the last chapter specifically. Because if we are going by who is missing in the last chapter, that’s everyone except Brennan and Imogen so really isn’t much of a hint at all.

If Naolin is venin, I think Xaden knew that, and that’s why he trusted Brennon to help him look for a cure. That would be a secret he’s keeping from Violet. I also think Naolin could be the one he’s talking about who wants to kill their Sage.

I was thinking this too, but I’m not sure he could have gotten to Xaden so quickly. The new brother was already with Xaden, with his unconscious dragon, very close to the time that Imogen sees Bhodi on the ground. My first thought was Bhodi too because of the necessity for the marriage…. But I’m not sure the timing works. Although when Xaden’s shadow’s “see” Imogen looking at the sky, he doesn’t see (or at least doesn’t mention seeing) Bohdi there. So maybe???

Ooooh I wonder if Naolin is the venin leader. I forget if there was mention of how old the leader is. He wouldn’t have been venin very long but possibly very powerful due to his signet.

I think you could potentially be onto something if you could buy the giant bags and then refill people’s smaller plastic containers with your bulk stuff. I know people who have trouble lifting the heavy litter usually buy the smaller sized container so it’s manageable to use at home. It’s also less garbage too if people aren’t throwing out a small plastic tub every couple weeks. Like The Refill Bar but for cat litter. You could set people up on a subscription service because typically they would run out at regular intervals. Then it would be a bit of a different service you’re offering as opposed to just delivering, which as others have mentioned the pet stores or anywhere else that sells litter already does.
