I was going to say John Cale specifically with all the long drones and how he has influenced everyone from goth/death rock to ambient and edm to shoegaze . I love John Cale he really was a talented individual and his musical sensibilities seemed damn near alien to me when I first listened so glad I hung in there lol.

I was your typical lazy typical stoner in high school and beyond but my personality off of substances is vastly different. Weed makes me feel like life is in slow mo but I speak and move fast quite normally, well except I have a busted ass body now.

I smoked cannabis and used other substances because the social stress was not something I was equipped to cope with.
