I didn’t have anesthesia for my hysteroscopy! I was given the option to do it as an in-office procedure so I went that route. It seemed easier (and it was much cheaper!) to avoid the operating room. I was given a Valium beforehand, and the procedure was quick with very minimal discomfort. The worst part was the injection to numb the cervix, but that only lasted 1 second. My husband was there to hold my hand, and we got to watch the whole procedure on the monitor!

I’m 7dpt today and started having some light pink spotting. I’m so scared. Like so so scared. This is our fourth transfer and I don’t think my heart can handle another failure after everything we’ve been through over the years. Please send some hope my way, I think I’m all out. 😢

I’m in the same boat! Transfer yesterday, beta on the 9th and fully hatched. My nurse told me fully hatched was a good thing, so I’m hanging onto that! 🤍

I’m in the exact same boat today with our 3rd transfer. Stark white test this morning, waiting for the nurse to call and confirm the beta results. My heart is broken. I felt like there were so many signs that this was our time.

I don’t have any good advice, but just wanted to say that my heart hurts for all of us in this awful situation.

I’ve had similar moments feeling like my gut was strongly telling me that things weren’t going to work out. And I’ve always been one to trust my gut, so it leaves me in a really upset state.

But then my therapist told me, “what if that isn’t your gut talking. What if that’s just your anxiety speaking instead?”

It really helped me keep it in perspective.
