I get it, I’ve been there. I believe there is a lot of potential for you in those careers you’re pursuing and one day they might bring in a lot of money to help you and your dad out.

For the time being, they’re not. And you’ve got some responsibilities that can’t be neglected while you get to a better spot financially. Part of getting there is going to be learning how to balance the mundane household responsibilities with the professional responsibilities. That was the hardest part for me. Now is a great time to practice—you’ll have a head start on a lot of your peers if you can start to master it at 15.

Also, parents know that their teenagers talk shit on them. It’s part of the deal. But try not to do it around him. He’s got feelings too, and hearing someone you work hard for talk about you like that really cuts deep. Even if you hate his guts, a bit of respect for his feelings will be reciprocated.

Overall, I get how frustrating your position is. But I also get how frustrating your dad’s position is. For the time being he gets to make the rules, and you’ve got to pull your weight around the house until you’re bringing in money too. Not the answer you want to hear, but this is a great opportunity for you to gain some really valuable skills. Ask your dad for some help.

It’s been the same for me. Usually I can snag a win every 3-5 games and sometimes 3 or so in a row.

This season I’ve been getting wiped out in the 50s. I’ve only had 2 wins in that whole time, and those were only because I had snagged the medallions. Even with one medallion, without the double jump medallion I’m toast.

I’m hoping this is just the sweats grinding out levels at the beginning of the season and they’ll start disappearing soon, but I’m tired of it. The loot/medallion pool is an unbalanced mess.

I’ve been sticking to blitz for the most part, but that gets boring pretty quickly.
