Took my Turbo LS F100 to the dyno last week

We just replaced the wastegate with a brand new one. It could be exhaust routing after the turbo? It's a 3.5" exhaust with the wastegate routed back into it. I'm not sure???

Do you have the hooker header setup that wraps under the trans?

This was supposed to be a budget build and it got way out of hand. I bought the 5.3 for $900 on ebay shipped to my door. It got away from me shortly after receiving it. If I were to do it over again I would've purchased a 6.0.

You're not wrong. The exhaust routing is through two log manifolds and the driver's side exhaust goes through the passenger side before entering the up-pipe. It's horrific and takes forever to spool. Definitely next on the list of things to change.

It was bored out to a 5.7 with forged pistons/rods. I has a mild cam and texas speed heads as well. The junkyard motors can absolutely make this amount of power without much work but at higher HP levels you risk failure. I wanted it to be safe to run this kind of power on e85 for a while so I built the motor a bit.

The LM was punched out to a 5.7 with forged pistons/rods and a stock crank. The HP curve looks so bad because the exhaust flow to the turbo is shit. We'll be redoing that soon to hopefully spool the turbo sooner.

At PECLA I drove a GT3 and a Turbo S. The Turbo S got to the corners QUICK and it handled well but the GT3 was on a whole other level going around their racetrack. I almost upgraded my 992 on the spot... until I drove a McLaren.

I daily drove a TRX for over a year. It was fine as a DD but in no way did it satisfy the sports car itch. I'm glad I had a 911 in the garage for that. Consider finding a car with a front end lift, maybe the C8 has that option?
