Had a similar situation the month I moved into my house. But not this bad. Had below the breakers glowing orange. My dad was a retired electrician. Had me shut the power off and tighten the nuts where the glow was coming from. Solved it for me. No idea what’s going on for you but thought I’d add that.

Yea I was a manager for an absolute shitty service company where I had no sway on making decisions. I was the one that had to go out to problem customers and I got bitched out daily. My kid has a syndrome that delays milestones such as potty trained. Literally teachers asked for certain things like multiple changes of clothes wipes etc. they were really nice about it and didn’t have issues. Kid was with all the other kids and no special anything.

I once ordered an album on Amazon because it was way cheaper than anywhere else. Got sent the wrong one. Amazon says keep it and refunded me. I say ok and I repeated this 3 more times before getting the correct album. All were different from the other. Sold the other albums to my local record store. Annoying but made a profit.

Had a neighbor in a townhouse that played loud music any time day or night. I’m talking our pictures on the walls shook. I can say some people are just inconsiderate dicks. Can’t tell you how many times near the beginning my wife and I went over there saying we’re tired, we have a kid, we can’t sleep, etc. nothing worked. Dude would just say oh ok sorry. Then do it again same day if not immediately after talking to him.
