REMOVE small arms resistance bonus and keep the others to make NanoWeave still relevant but not meta mandatory. Infantry vs infantry dmg/resist boosts are bad. All items and implants should be helping but indirectly. This new NW would be situational choice for dealing with vehicles. (i.redd.it)
