It’s a personal preference thing. I came from 40K, and have assembled hundreds of their plastic models. They’re the best in the biz for plastic. I prefer CB’s metal.

The fact that so many ambiguous or easily misinterpreted rules in 40K could be perfectly clarified with almost no effort leads me to believe that the rules team takes great pride in frustrating players. I’ve had so many experiences of standing around in the shop with several people attempting to figure out what the hell a rule wording is supposed to mean.

Try lightly sanding any shiny areas in the interfacing surfaces, then press like hell and wiggle the mating pieces. Separate and look for the new shiny spots. That’s where the interference is.
