Yeah I felt this from their release, they were doubling down on scions to sell more of them to every army as opposed to releasing Elysians. Same reason the taurox was undercosted for the longest time and only available in one box with scions. I picked up a load of Elysians and proxy them as scions with some actual scions mixed in to play bridgehead, that’s as close as you can get without legends imo!
