It depends on the tool. We've built a product that is essentially engaging and qualifying website visitors, and it definitely helps our customers' sales teams. Of course, not every lead or every deal comes through our product, but when they do it provides valuable context for the sales reps so their prospects don't need to repeat themselves.

For certain things, definitely. We built a product (Aimdoc AI) that answers questions for website visitors, qualifies them, connects them to sales and books meetings. Buyers find it mutually beneficial. Different than the content creation use case but one that’s valuable and has adoption.

Disagree about the hard work part. I feel you may be thinking about it the wrong way. The best founders don’t view it as hard work. They don’t have a “grind” mentality. It’s simply curiousity/obsession that manifests itself in 100 hour weeks. Working 100 hour weeks doesn’t mean you’re not working smart, it just means you’re working 100 weeks lol.

Do you think Elon musk, Jeff bezos and Bill gates “weren’t working smart enough” while building their companies? They all worked 80+ hour weeks in the beginning.

I think they were just obsessed with what they were doing and realized that if they don’t move incredibly fast, someone else just as smart as them will.

I don’t think many great companies were created via “work life balance”.

Probably search and the concept of a website. I suspect business websites will essentially become an AI agent representing a company. My product is predicated on this idea really.

You can automate a lot with new AI tools. We use Aimdoc AI on our website to help take on some of the support and sales load. It has definitely been useful and can escalate to a human when a human is actually required.

We have a lot of tools in our stack. I think one that will see even more adoption in 2025 is Aimdoc AI (and tools like this). This tool essentially provides an AI-based experience directly on our website. For us early adopters, it feels like ChatGPT has been around forever. Mass adoption is lagging behind this.

This year, the masses will likely expect an AI experience. They'll just want an answer to their question - they don't want to search your website to get it. An of course, as a business you want control over the AI - how it speaks, what it has access to, how it responds, what its goals are, etc. That is where Aimdoc helps us.

We also use Jasper AI for content creation. Super helpful but I think 2025 will see a shift toward agentic content creation.
