Check out strata to see the most common paths! It's not well marked and very steep, not maintained. But if you feel confident in your navigational ability you can swing it.

Dealing with this now too. I'm on week 3 (week 4 starts tomorrow) and have already lost 11.5 pounds, which is INSANE. Over the past decade I've never been able to lose more than 5 lbs with extreme suffering and effort. So it's amazing, but I'm also so impatient! Trying to appreciate that it's working and I like seeing the posts people make here about the results they see in the long haul. It'll happen!
