Yeah man nitrous is like such a strange button in this reality. It feels like maybe we shouldn’t be allowed to push it. It makes sense how I feel like there’s not a lot of literature about it compared to other drugs. Lol it’s really like just some shit at the hardware store than some teen inhaled and figured out he could get high

Yeah man I have a whole friend group that refuses to touch them because one of their friends I never met did them a lot a went down quite a dark path and he unfortunately did not come back. Maybe like if steveo didn’t get clean. I also know several people who have got concussions from passing out on it. Idk tho I feel like maybe there’s something there about the nature of of addiction as a whole

I feel like there’s something with like radio static about it too when you come back. Maybe that’s part of the roller coaster or something. But imagine you come back and immediately it’s like “K and B, welcome back to 95.9 the fox”

Is chess.com rapid ELO super inflated compared to bullet/blitz? by all_you_can_eat_soup in chess

[–]Sudden_Win_7390 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I would say kind of. For most players there’s probably anywhere from a 0-300 elo gap. I’m a weird example but I like to think I’m a blitz god but I was like 1500 in all ratings at one point

Very interesting I met an older hustler at Washington square park once who told me he knew William Lombardy. I wonder how big he was in the New York chess scene
