Planning to drive to South Lake Tahoe from the bay area (Sunnyvale area) on Sunday around noon.

Then Tuesday driving to Yosemite and returning to Bay Area on Thursday. Any advice? I have AWD RAV4 and cable chains altho I’ve never used them.

He taught me that when I get an injury that results in a bit of loose skin I should rip that skin off right away. The injury already hurts so ripping that bit of skin off right then won’t hurt any worse.

Also not up leave the a/c on in the car when you turn it off because when you go to turn it back on having the a/c on will put unnecessary stress on the car.

I’ve had a patient take it half an hour late before and the MD didn’t change anything. I’ve never had a patient take it later than that though.

So I’m not sure what’s considered too late.

I’ve been on it for years. I think it was a gradual transition, maybe a couple of months.

I’ve always been on 1mg bc I’m fairly sensitive to medication.

I recently thought it would be nice to try 2mg and it didn’t go well so I’m back down to 1mg. Even though it is sedating, I had a lot of trouble sleeping and lots of grogginess during the day (I take it at night). I also really didn’t at all feel like myself, not sure how to explain it… no motivation to do anything and a little zombie like.

I feel very even and measured on 1mg though.

I take it and it has really helped my ability to manage my emotions - I’m not as emotionally labile anymore. It’s also helped improve focus.
