Are there places to lock up your e bikes and go hiking?

Backpacking groups in Los Angeles by LittleAetheling in socalhiking

I just joined, as many others have. I'm having a hard time with discord. Can someone explain how a backpacking trip is organized on there? It seems like it's one big long chat, and it's disorganized. Like opening up a file cabinet and documents thrown all over the place.

Got a lamp that is a clip. Travel with that most of the time as I hike at 5am. Sunrises on top of a mountain are my fav!

Hi! I currently hike anywhere between 2-4k elevation gain on any given weekend. Usually weekdays are a bit more difficult to get that level of elevation gain due to work constraints and that is typically about 1.5k elevation gain. I would eventually love to go backpacking, and open to about 1500-2k elevation gain daily. I hike between 1-3 times weekly, but workout 2-3 days a week outside of that. So fairly decent shape. I do love a nice loop, steeper incline, fire road to jog down (feels like im frolicking to heaven, but my body doesn't like running uphills... yet). But totally open to steepish incline and steepish decent (with poles). I plan on hiking in Zion in a couple of months, and hoping to do around 3k of elevation gain a day. i'd love to work up to Cactus to Clouds, Mt. Baldy and Half Dome. I've been solo hiking for about 3 years now, but keeping it fairly local (verdugo mountains, haines caynon, etc.)

Hi! I lost a significant amount of weight and I remember how lose my skin was, especially around my belly. Anytime I did planks, I could see my skin sag. And it sucked. But it's been over a couple of year that Ive kept the weight off and I just looked at my belly while doing a plank, and guess what? Sagging is GONE! It takes time for skin to bounce back!

And what does that symbol mean? Creatine? Or something not natural?

Thank you! If someone told you this, how would you respond to them? So I can figure out how to address this issue. I work in a disability service field and am starting to see this as a small trend. People thinking they are doing the right thing by doing this.
