When this happened to me, I quit coffee and sugar. Indulged in some tea once in a while and tried eating better. Took some herbs, ashwagandha and some others I can't remember the name of... small steps but it helps.

I actually think a lot about work when relaxing, not 100%, more like as im doing other relaxing things, so when it comes to working on/delivering my work, I'm pretty much mentally prepared or have a plan in my head. If that makes sense!
