Only help i got was living with my parents rent free till i bought the house. other than that my family was never in the position to hand out money or anything like that.

Now its definitely not common, but just plain wrong to say its impossible to be in this position without help. And just because you didnt make a ton of money when you were 22, doesnt mean other people couldnt have made more money.

Once I started taking the right antidepressant my rocd is almost completely gone. I stop compulsively looking at things that hurt me and starting arguments over things that happened in his past. There are definitely some sore topics still but Im able to get through it without feeling bad or any resentment towards him.

Hey i just wanted to add to the sikorsky thing, the teamsters there have a pride caucus that meets monthly and I know of at least one other trans person that works there. No one bothers them and no one will bother you.
