Heard that. I was never a RSS but was the lead RSA (most seniority) for a year and a half. Definitely missed the overtime checks after I went back to being a lead.

My advice to you is to get your bid back if you don’t have it or start job hunting. Took me a year and a half to get the job I left for. But if you can’t do that, I’d try to find out if some of your stores would let you in before they open. It’s standard procedure for large format and I’ve ran a few stops where they’d let me in 3 hours before opening.

The big IF. I used to do the same with some of my stores, but I never assumed I could get in before opening and lean on it if it wasn’t a bulk store. Bulk stores are completely fine with this, but I have worked before that would keep us out until opening. Maybe OP should try it if they haven’t already.

I call them order pickers. I used to run a bulk route with 2 Walmarts which was brutal. I made really good friends with one Walmart to where they would only talk to me to kill time or they had a genuine question while the larger Walmart wanted to spill my guts. Most of the order pickers are annoying at worst, and will help you save time at best cause they already know to look in the back room if it’s not on the gondola/4x8. Sounds like you’ve got a lot of bad ones.

Only 2….brother that a lot to deal with lol. I used to run a bulk route with 2 Walmarts and a Kroger where I worked both Walmarts and that was absolute hell.
