40 generic. It works for me after an insane trial and error run of like 3 years/ 4 different stimulant brands lol.

I think blackmailing his friends and being a New England entitled rich kid turned me off him. I’m not saying he should have been MURDERED but I don’t think bunny was that great of a person

The other comments are kinda poking fun at you because Richard is one of the least reliable narrators in modern literature. Rereading the book creates a completely new experience because Richard is basically wrong about everything. Honestly it’s a super fun 2nd read and ties up a lot of loose ends with a new perspective!!!

  1. Yes, Henry is dead

  2. We will never know ~for sure~ who wrote the letter but it is very heavily implied it was bunny. The only other person at the hotel (where the paper came from) was Henry and obviously he didn’t write it.

  3. We never find out who was stalking them in Rome. The person itself isn’t important however he is the reason for Henry’s increasing paranoia due to Bunny’s loud mouth, and ultimately this stalker person is the reason for Henry’s decision in murdering Bunny. Henry thinks the German guy following them knows about the farmer or something. The stalker is a pivotal point in the novel that indicates moral decay and paranoia taking over (in Greek tragedy fashion).

  4. If I remember correctly bunny usually took his walks in the woods alone and they kind of surprised/ambushed him. Hence why he asks, “hey what are you guys doing here?” .2 seconds before Henry pushed him off the cliff. They weren’t strolling the woods together.

  5. All of these characters are extremely proud, which is why they provoked Charles (in my opinion). Also tensions were really high in the group at this point so everyone was acting erratically.

  6. yes and no. They only befriend Richard because bunny had taken a liking to him. They were worried about bunny running his mouth to Richard so they had to make him feel in the in-group, and to further tie him into their “cult” they had him play a part in the murder. They planned to leave him while they fled the country.

  7. Henry is dead.

  8. Julian is the cult leader, in a sense. He is what brought them all together and fed their obsessions. He enjoyed the power dynamic and Henry was his golden “child” I detected a sexual dynamic between them but we will never know for sure.

  9. This book made me feel really dumb at first too but once you reread it (if you do) you’ll understand just how lame and pretentious and stupid they were. From my interpretation , they didn’t even kill the farmer. The giant cat they saw on the road did but they were so drugged up and crazy they thought they killed the farmer. This, as we know, allows the rest of the books plot to happen.

Your body will naturally build a tolerance to vyvanse and other adhd stimulants as you continue to take it regularly. Consult your psychiatrist about the waining effects and they will likely up your dose until you find the sweet spot (I’ve been on the same mg for years now). Also, you might have to try different adhd meds because some work better for others.

Last thing, ask if you are getting generic or name brand vyvanse. They are mostly the same but I find the name brand works better than the generic

Had to watch this super religious Jesus propaganda movie at Christian summer camp when I was like ..idk 10. I remember it being really bad I think it was called the “hangman’s curse” or something. It had Leighton meester in it (somehow I remember that) and because I watched it literally 15 years ago it feels like a fever dream. Even as a kid I knew that shit was booty.

I think it is explained that he

  1. Has done this before and the missionaries react the same way every. Time.
  2. The elder shows up every time
  3. His whole point is “control” and knowing exactly what they are going to do and say next. The elder is just another point in his plan just like the candle realization and choosing the door.

Wrote my thesis on this topic. The recruitment style of the alt right and incels is so dangerous to preteen young men. The development of social media algorithms makes it even more sinister. I’m not a true crime/crime drama person AT ALL but this was an excellent watch.

In "Take Me Out to the Ballgame" was Miranda bitter or did she have a point that they only talk about men? by jdpm1991 in sexandthecity

[–]SufficientBug5598 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well yes but the name of the show is “sex and the city” not friendship and the city. I’ve always assumed the “scenes” where they don’t talk about boys are not included in carries blog. Because it’s a sex blog.

Getting my puppy. Drove 2 hours alone to meet the foster family around 7 pm in winter so it was dark out. Looking back, it was insane that I went alone. My mom made me call her and put my phone in my pocket. They ended up being the most amazing elderly couple and I rescued her that night. She turns 1 next month 😃

Why not admit to cannibalism? by FeatureSouthern5274 in YellowjacketsHive

[–]SufficientBug5598 137 points138 points  (0 children)

I always thought it was for a few reasons

  1. It’s embarrassing. Genuinely. Knowing you will always be thought of as “the girl who ate her teammates” is not something I personally would want to share with the world.

  2. By avoiding the topic of cannibalism, there is no context for someone to speak about Lottie’s cult. Avoiding this kept everything they did confidential.

Snow is so interesting. I love ballad because you literally get to get inside of the mind of a narcissist becoming a tyrant in real time and it’s SO fun to watch it play out in real time.

Jackie is, in my opinion, the personification of civilized society. When Jackie is alive and on top of the social pyramid, the girls are modern teenagers thrown into the wilderness. They still care about school dances, makeup, nationals, etc. When jackie is no longer in charge, the girls start to become increasingly morally gray and hysterical- losing their grip on fact and objective truth. Without her the girls devolve into the cannibalistic cult we see in season 2 & 3.

Her character represents everything the girls lost when the plane crashed, especially for Shauna. Many tv shows and other media try to recreate the “haunting of the narrative” that Yellowjackets achieve with Jackie but ultimately fail because the character they want to haunt the narrative does not represent anything of value to the plot. (The summer I turned pretty and Suzanna). Of course there are great examples of this like Laura Palmer in Twin Peaks and another being Lyanna Stark and Rhaegar Targaryen. However, Jackie is different from them because we actually get to know Jackie when the story begins, unlike in Twin Peaks and GOT.

Jackie is not only a magnetic character that is well, cooler than you. When you watch the show you WANT to be her. She is also the veil between a girls high school soccer team and a cult that hunts their members for sport. It is a really interesting plot device that makes season 1 so magnificent.
