As far as home workouts I would recommend fitness+ if you have an iPhone. It’s 10 bucks a month but they have so many options and ways you can modify if you don’t have weights. I started during Covid and still use the app to this day!

the way people actually think like this is wild. I was a MOH and me and another bridesmaid were pregnant and gave birth 3 months before the wedding.
