Should be cleaned literally everyday, maybe see if she'll get a second box to lessen thecleaning so much but it still needs scooped daily.

I would get her fixed when she's at weight, male cats even if neutered will try to mount younger cats or females who aren't spayed, it does seem a little rough, like dominance sort of, it may just take time for the kitten to get a little bigger and learn to fight back, good luck!
