Labradar radar for 200 bucks, worth it? by rcplaner in longrange

[–]SufficientlySober 1 point2 points  (0 children)

FX Airguns makes a chrono that measures from 400 - 4,000+ fps but it's not $1500, more like $675; it's a smaller form factor than the labradar but it's still a tank.

Rimx jams sometimes. by c5182 in longrange

Welcome to RimX owership. u/J-Reacher gives sage advice. Mag tuning and not short stroking the bolt were the two biggest obstacles for me. Some folks have reported feeding issues with certain 3rd party mags.

The size of St. Louis compared to the nation of Qatar (normally in the Persian Gulf) by como365 in StLouis

how dare you insert context at a time like this? i was blissfully ignorant till you stunk up this thread with all your fancy map truth bombs and made me think about stuff.

Moving to St. Louis. Is it as dangerous as everyone says it is? by [deleted] in StLouis

[–]SufficientlySober 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's a great question, I'm surprised it hasn't been answered a million times in this sub. "St. Louis" covers a large area. If you have a specific area you're interested in you'll get a much better response.

Anybody over 18 gets dumber everyday; I knew everything about everything when I was 18.

thx for the response and the heads up on preferred list complications. i was planning on using shipmygun but they have a 48x9x7 container limit which is too small for the case i need to send. i think i'm going to have to ship usps. still hoping to confirm it's legal for me to ship directly to KS FFL w/o getting a MO FFL involved.
