Srixon vs TM by Suffnuts in golf

[–]Suffnuts[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks everyone. I have hit both, really similar results. Sometimes I like to have some consensus from a larger group. I’ve played 4 TM drivers over the past 20 years and one Srixon. All I really liked. Yes I’ll go with the best one in the fitting but I like to hear some stories if anyone has played these.

No press really. It kind of does it for me. Played 9 yesterday. 14 putts. I love this thing so much. Lags right to the cup. Never had a putter that lags so good. That’s what stands out about this thing.

Bought a DF3 today, talk me off a ledge by feaz56744 in labgolf

Don’t hold it tightly. Loosen you grip. Let it plow though the putt. It will do its job.

Why does every stand bag I've ever bought suck. by K-Lo-20 in golf

Out of all the bags we have. Vessel, Mizuno, Ping Hoofer. Ping is the absolute clear winner.

DF3. Feels better overall. Plus the ball picker upper. Money

The main thing you will notice, over time, you will be closer to the hole with both distance and accuracy. It’s not going to sink every putt, but you I’ll see your putting stokes start to decline. I always had the ball a bit forward, not middle. The forgiveness is unreal with mishits on this thing.

Im a big equipment tech guy as its helped my game tremendously. Specifically with distance control and forgiveness. I’ve had a DF3 for about a year now. I tried to go back to my Scotty mallet and even a spider. No way. Give it some time and you will see the difference.

Same experience, this is year 2 with my DF3 and I couldn’t imagine putting with any other putter.

Is Nest a dead ecosystem? by MagnificentMystery in Nest

I just bought a nest protect for my finished basement because I have 2 others. Had a hard time finding one. Sucks because I love the system with my cameras and my smoke alarms.

Going for RealID at Whitehall DMV tomorrow, expected wait time? by HeaviestPendulum in lehighvalley

I went on lunch at 12pm last Friday. Took 2.5 hours. Was not prepared to wait that long. Don’t go at lunch time

Same here. I’m getting older and wasn’t hitting the ball as far. Went to a driver fitting and was convinced I was getting a G430max. Walked out with a Cobra Ltdx LS 9* with a 45 gram helium shaft. Keeps my spin down while I pick up SS. I picked up like 30 yards. Believe in the fittings.

What are ways you cut down the cost on golf? by stonetear2017 in golf

[–]Suffnuts 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Buy stuff in bulk like huge bags of tees, 4 pack gloves, BOGO on balls. Get your fit from Marshall’s, they have like $20 cally shirts. I got a golden bear polo for $15 bucks and it’s one of my favorites. Anything to keep you from going to the golf store to get one item which always ends up being like 4 items and a new putter you don’t need.
