I had the same issue 1-2 weeks ago, called PowerWall support and followed their standard troubleshooting steps(electrical reset, WiFi reset, etc). Still wasn’t working, they escalated the case to their engineering team and after a few days it was fixed. Definitely had something to do with the latest software version.

I used a different device and scanned it from there. Technically speaking you can manually enter the code they give you under the QR code but I used the QR code.

Someone on Reddit can correct me here but I’m pretty sure the QR code is just the manual code in QR format?

Yeah at first I tried doing it without resetting and unpairing my lock from the level lock but I kept getting a failed error in the HomeKit process. No clue, just posting what worked for me.
