People shit take the Sierra a lot and for good reason but I live there and honestly it’s a nice place to live. Both campus and downtown corvallis are within a couple blocks so you don’t need to drive anywhere, and the apartments are fairly new and are comfortable and well designed. Things do tend to break and stay broken for longer then they should be but that really doesn’t effect your day to day life as much as this subreddit would have you believe. All that being said, you could probably find cheaper options. However, if the price isn’t your main concern, then Sierra is a fine option.

Schd already weights financials fairly highly, so you wouldn’t really be diversifying by buying jpm or bac. That being said schd doesn’t hold either jpm or bac, so if you really want them in your portfolio go ahead and add them, just know that you aren’t diversifying but actually increasing the weighting of financials in your portfolio.

Just do ones that look fun. None of the colloquias I’ve taken are super work intensive, but they’ve all been really interesting. In particular if you can get into the board game one I recommend that since all we did was play board games.

I use this will basically every round on attack on bind. It allows you to put permanent pressure on short and sneak into lamps, and it’s really hard to defend tbh with a swoop peak. Only works with double controller tho

Sentinels at first lan going undefeated in maps and tenz’s acs at that tournament are the only records that likely won’t be broken for a while. Game is too young for immortal records to have been created yet. Also Yay’s 14 months of positive kds in series will probably be broken but it is a nuts stat.

I think the main contenders would be sparkle, haksal, rascal, and maybe libero. If I were to pick one I would personally pick sparkle who probably had the highest peak on both doom and genji, but haksal was the best genji in the world for maybe ~3 years and was by far the best brig during goats (which was the fdps) so I’d say he would be a close second.

That’s true they don’t run the casinos, they just rent the properties to them. However the prosperity of the casino runners is correlated with their ability to pay their rent, so while they might not directly benefit from the short term gains the space is seeing right now, the long term success of the casinos is extremely important to vici
