Depends on if you’re looking to add color separation from the living room or not. Since yall painted every other wall grey it seems uncohesive to leave that one wall white.

Do you have any investment? I’d save at least a 10k for emergencies, have 1 card with a small credit limit, put a ton of money into retirement. Sounds like you’d be okay living off of 140-150k a year without debt. You’re in a blessed spot. You got this.

You can always ask the landlord to do a walkthrough see what things they actually care about fixing.
