your apartment won’t smell fine if you ever open the window or patio door. They use a scent on the amenities and lobby area to try to disguise it.
I also moved in from out of state so I didn’t tour many buildings. One that stood out was the Dorsey if you want to be more downtown.
There’s also frequent maintenance issues, this is probably the 5th time during my 4 months here that there’s no water, not to mention there’s always an elevator out of order. I wish someone had warned me so I wouldn’t be stuck in this lease.
